It has nicely furnished and spotless rooms to offer with coffee and terrace. The staff are very attentive and highly courteous, we loved them. The location is very central. There is a good restaurant just a short stroll away from hotel.

The location was marvellous, in pleasant area of city and the interior design was very attractive. Puerto Antiguo de Ciutadella de Menorca was also just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The room was new-fashioned and well stocked with exceptionally comfortable beds and roof top views.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice for me as it was adjacent to restaurants on the waterfront and town centre / harbour. There were central heating, a multi-channel television, and a writing desk in my guest room. The beds were big, the food was good.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff was especially helpful. My room was air conditioned and good sized with nice views. I liked both wake-up service and big bed. The service was excellent, including good hot breakfasts and a very clean pool. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The location was ideal and nice for traveling around Ciutadella, close to the `` Menorca Patricia '' for an extended weekend and the public areas.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, great value and well priced place. Everything was very good, so were lovely views of this fabulous town. I loved coffee, breads, pastries, eggs and meats for breakfast. The location offered was unbeatable not far from the historical center, the port and the bus station and the town centre. Besides, it was 10 mins walk from Sa Platja Gran.
